All requests will be acknowledged within 24 – 48 hours of receipt. Confirmation of our 2 night / 2 day Luxury Programme & 1 day Premium Experiences are subject to availability - alternate date(s) will be offered if your preference is unavailable.

Payment Requirement:

Full payment is due 30 days prior to booking date.

Cancellation policy:

14 – 10 days: 30% of trip value is retained by Te Tihi Ao. Balance will be refunded.
9 days or less: 100% cancellation penalty applies.

Weather Considerations:

Helicopter component of programme(s): Weather disruptions resulting in a change in the itinerary schedule, is at the discretion of Te Tihi Ao. Weather considerations will be communicated by phone at least 48 hours prior to the booking date, with a final weather call made the night prior.
 

Should weather affect the experience and cancel all arrangements, 70% of the total booking cost will be refunded.

Blackout Dates:

Our packages are not available on:

Christmas Day (25 December) or New Years Day (01 January).

Day One of the two-day package cannot be booked on a Monday, due to the closure of Ngāwhā Springs for cleaning. 
Surcharges do not apply on other public holidays.
